The Sino Indus BK Capital Regional Center (SIBK) is designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, a branch of the United States Department of Homeland Security, as a certified operator of the EB-5 Regional Center Program. The USCIS oversees all administrative activities of approved regional centers.
