Having started his principal investment experience in real estate in the early 1990s, Metin Negrin founded Lexin Capital in 2002 to develop unique real estate investment strategies in significantly different market conditions.
Today, Lexin Capital invests its own capital along with that of a growing global client base, making direct investments in real estate. With USCIS status as a Regional Center, we also offer a select group of foreign investors opportunistic real estate investments that qualify for the EB-5 Visa Program.
The goal of each Lexin Capital investment is to achieve above average capital appreciation while mitigating risk through rigorous selection, underwriting and asset management.
