Our Firm was founded in 203 by Wilka Toppins, Esq. After spending 14 years practicing law in Corporate America for companies such as Exxon and SBC Communications. MS. Toppins, a cum laude graduate and sophisticated corporate attorney, wanted to offer the same high quality legal services she offered to her corporate clients to individuals, entrepreneurs, investors and small to medium size private companies. She believed they deserved the best!
As to international clients, being bilingual and fully diverse, enables the Firm's legal team to deliver legal services within the correct and appropriate legal and cultural framework. Both our domestic and international clients appreciate our diverse approach to legal services. We are not a traditional law firm, we are a unique service provider with flexible service terms, cultural understanding and ability to deliver services at a sophisticated level without the high billable rates traditional firms require.
