Mr. Jian X. Kang is an attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of the State of California to practice law in all courts of California and the Southern District Court of the Federal Court.

Mr. Kang has an immigration practice in San Diego, California. He practices all aspects of U.S. immigration law with an emphasis on employment-based categories including work visas such as H-1B, L, O, and V, and immigrant petitions for outstanding researchers, aliens with extraordinary ability, aliens who qualify for national interest waiver. For those who cannot qualify for these categories, Mr. Kang also assists them with their labor certificate applications.

Although the majority of Mr. Kang's practice is in employment-based immigration, he does handle family-based immigration cases, asylum and removal cases.
