We offer a full range of services including architectural design, space planning and tenant improvements. The design of office/industrial facilities is our specialty however; our staff is also experienced in retail, educational, and institutional facility design. Our team has extensive experience in the planning and design of office/industrial facilities as we have successfully completed twenty business parks over the last fifteen years. Our work includes over 25,000,000 square feet of various office/industrial projects ranging from class A office buildings to office/flex and industrial distribution facilities. This illustrates that design and planning of business parks is truly our specialty as we are one of the most recognized firms in this market in all of South Florida.
