Colorado Intercontinental Regional Center, LLC ("CIRC") is an approved and designated Regional Centerwithin the context of the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service EB-5 Visa Immigrant Investor Pilot Program, originally designated on December 9, 2009 and most recently amended on January 13, 2011.
CIRC is approved to engage in the economic activities of administration, harvesting timber, manufacture of wood products, construction, installation, maintenance and operation of equipment and facilities in the designated geographic area and in the following industry clusters:
Infrastructure Real Estate Forestry Biomass Based Fuel Tourism, Hospitality & Entertainment Manufacturing Residential & Commercial ConstructionFrom a geographic perspective, CIRC's designation currently includes the entire State of Colorado:
A unique attribute of CIRC is that we intend to engage both EB-5 Investors as well as Domestic Investors in our projects. Neither class stands alone in our initial projects yet stand side by side with the mutual goal of a successful business venture that strives to create jobs, stimulate the local economies, and meet the personal goals of both investor classes.
