Dominion Mid-Atlantic Associate’s mission is to establish a business creation engine in Virginia that provides foreign nationals the best opportunity to gain an EB-5 visa while investing in the United States.

The Dominion Mid-Atlantic Associates Corporation was created in 2011 with a single goal – to provide foreign nationals with the best possible options to invest in the United States and gain an EB-5 visa for themselves and their immediate families. In order to accomplish that goal, we went through a process to identify critical skills and experiences necessary for a successful regional center and recruited our principles accordingly. We built our skills around experience in Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Hotel, Restaurant, Mixed Use Retail, Gas Stations, Convenience Stores, Finance and Project Management. We identified our team’s key competitive advantages and incorporated them into our business model – both for the regional center and for the individual projects in the portfolio that the regional center will manage.
