Gulf Coast Funds Management uses a prudent investment approach to provide job creation and opportunities for capital preservation.
In 1990, the United States Congress created the employment based 5th preference (EB-5) immigrant investor visa program. The EB-5 program offers 10,000 immigrant visas a year to qualified investors who wish to obtain residence in the United States by investing in businesses that will benefit the economy and create jobs. The initial investment of $500,000 must be invested in a manner that is at risk and creates ten direct, indirect and induced jobs in a regional center. Once the investment has been made in a regional center and approved by USCIS, a conditional residence status of two years will be given to the investor. If the investor can show that his or her investment has created at least ten direct, indirect or induced jobs inside of a regional center, the conditional residence status will be removed and the investor will receive his or her permanent residency after two years
