The Virginia Atlantic Regional Center (VARC) is the first EB5 Regional Center in the state of Virginia and encompasses the southeastern portion of the state.
The VARC Development Team diligently locates and identifies projects/businesses for submission through the VARC. Their focus is commercial real estate projects with plans to expand both geographical area and uses to include industrial and manufacturing. Any business or project offering to create employment opportunities within the VARC will be considered. They are further charged with performing thorough due diligence on every project/business that is submitted to determine suitability and viability in the EB5 program.
