Mr. Allen Chiu is a highly respected attorney and businessman in the Asian community as well as in the greater New York area. Since 1975, Attorney Chiu has accumulated extensive connections and networking in the Asian community, various sectors of industries and commerce both in the U.S. and China. Attorney Chiu is currently the chairman of the Asian Attorney Association and the Flushing Cancer Prevention Association. As a result, having extensive corporate transaction experience as the CEO of the management team who oversees the regional center's operations and finances.
Chairman Chiu has worked closely with the famed EB-5 economist Jeff Car, EB-5 immigration attorney Edward Carroll, and EB-5 security attorney Mark Scribner, the team who has assisted and delivered many successful EB-5 regional center projects.
Our goal is to help Foreign Investors qualify for a permanent residency visa or green card through the US EB-5 Regional Center Program. In doing so we will be creating and preserving job growth with economic development in New York State.
EB-5 New York State, LLC ("EB-5 New York State”) is designated as a “Regional Center” by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. As a Regional Center, EB-5 New York State fulfills two roles under the US EB-5 Regional Center program.
Foreign Investors who make a required investment in conjunction with EB-5 New York State, may qualify for US permanent residency pursuant to the US EB-5 Regional Center program. In addition to the Foreign Investor qualifying for a visa, his or her spouse and children under 21 years of age may also qualify for a permanent residency visa (green card) to the United States.
The US government designated EB-5 New York State as a Regional Center. As such, EB-5 New York State facilitates the investment of EB-5 capital into job creating commercial enterprises in New York State. A Foreign Investor applying for an EB-5 visa makes his or her investment into one of those job creating commercial enterprises.
