Florida Gateway Regional Center can assist you in obtaining an EB-5 Visa. In 1990, Congress created the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, to stimulate growth in the U.S economy through job creation and capital investments by foreign investors. 10,000 EB-5 Visas are allotted per year, for investors and their families (spouses and children under 21 years of age). The EB-5 investment requires that the investor/project demonstrate that 10 direct or indirect jobs have been created for 24-36 months for each investor that enters the project. The funds for this investment must come from a legitimate source and in return the investor and their families are eligible to petition for a permanent resident “green card status” here in the USA.
