Welcome to the Pangaea Regional Center (Pangaea). Pangaea received federal approval as an EB-5 Regional Center from the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Citizenship Service (USCIS) in September 2013 under the EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program. As a federally designated regional center, our mission is to create new jobs in the region, expand economic productivity and help foreign entrepreneurs obtain permanent residency for themselves and their families. Pangaea collects and distributes EB-5 program job creation credits (both direct and indirect job credits) to our participating foreign entrepreneurs to support their immigrant visa requirements. These job credits are derived from our involvement in the development of an Asian carp harvesting and manufacturing business along with other projects and commercial developments in Kentucky and Tennessee.
Pangaea Regional Center, LLC (the “Regional Center”), is a Delaware limited liability company formed on January 28, 2013 which received approval from the USCIS, as a regional center on September 13, 2013.
