Carolina States Regional Center is a private company approved by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to develop, finance and manage investment projects under the EB-5 program. While creating jobs and boosting local economic development through all types of projects, CSRC also facilitates investors to obtain permanent residency, increase return of investment and lower risk of investment.
Regional centers are entities, either public or private, approved by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services to seek and accept foreign entrepreneurs under the program to promote economic growth, improving regional productivity and increased capital investment to create jobs in the designated boundaries of the regional center.
