American Redevelopment Regional Center is committed to executing the goals of the Immigrant Investor Visa Pilot Program by providing quality services to identify, evaluate, and select investment projects within the defined geographic area which creates a significant economic impact and which meets the job creation requirements of the Immigrant Investor Visa Pilot Program as authorized pursuant to the USCIS approval letter for American Redevelopment Regional Center. American Redevelopment is proud to have numerous projects in development throughout Southern California that are beginning to make a positive impact in the communities in the counties of Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino.
The requirements of the program are set forth in section 203(b)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), 8 U.S.C. §1153(b)(5), 10,000 immigrant visas per year are available to qualified individuals seeking permanent resident status on the basis of their engagement in a new commercial enterprise. A “Regional Center” is an entity, organization or agency that has been approved by the USCIS, which focuses on a specific geographical area within the United States, and which seeks to promote economic growth through increased export sales, improved regional productivity, creation of new jobs, and increased domestic capital investment.
American Redevelopment Regional Center works closely with the local city governments in the cities of Murrieta, Temecula, Ontario, Cerritos and San Bernardino to identify key commercial real estate developments that promote economic growth, create new jobs, provide stable, low risk investments and timely, secure exit strategies to meet the requirements of our foreign investors .
