The Firm was formed in April of 2007 by Bradley W. Butcher. Mr. Butcher is a seasoned attorney who has worked for one of Michigan’s largest plaintiff-side law firms and more recently for a small real estate firm in Fort Myers, Florida. Mr. Butcher started the firm now known as Butcher & Associates, P.L. to provide the quality and complexity of representation often provided by larger firms with the personalized and one-on-one service characterized by small firms.
Butcher & Associates, P.L. prides itself on its ability to take on complex matters within the scope of its practice areas while delivering a level of personalized service not found in larger firms.
Today, Butcher & Associates, P.L. is a fast growing firm that continues to keep the outstanding level of personal service that clients have grown to expect from Butcher & Associates, P.L.
Choosing an attorney is similar to choosing a doctor, and it is important to select a firm who has experience in the area of law you need representation in. Just as you wouldn’t go to a cardiologist to treat a sore throat, you should select your law firm based on your needs and what area of law a firm devotes its primary practice to, and not glossy ads in newspapers or flashy commercials on television At Butcher & Associates, P.L., we have spent considerable time researching and representing clients in the areas of real estate, condominium/homeowners association needs, and employment law. We understand the amount of work required, we know what questions to ask, and we know how to get results.
Butcher & Associates, P.L. has successfully achieved results for its clients through negotiated settlements and trial. Butcher & Associates, P.L. believes that the best outcome for any client must be based on each client’s individual circumstances and in most cases litigation is a costly and ineffective way of achieving the best outcome. Therefore, Butcher & Associates, P.L. prides itself in its ability to pursue alternative outcomes through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.
