Having been in the real estate industry for over 25 years, George is a licensed broker in California and Utah. Partnering with his father in one of Coachella Valley's largest commercial real estate firms, he was instrumental in managing the land assemblage, development or entitlement of some of the area's most famous golf course residential communities, including; PGA West, The Quarry, The Reserve and Big Horn.
George also directed one of the largest public / private land swaps in the Coachella Valley. Working with the Nature Conservancy, he assembled in excess of 20,000 acres of environmentally sensitive privately held land and concluded an exchange of publicly held Bureau of Land Management land that eventually was commercially developed.
George's management and organizational skills, as well as governmental knowledge and extreme patience were tested in this and other public / private land exchanges.
Whether it be entitlement, development or sales, George has always be involved with rewarding and successful projects.
