Steven Blayney (白睿宁) is a U.S. and Australian lawyer. Mr. Blayney has over 15 years’ experience assisting foreign companies investing in China. Mr. Blayney has helped U.S. EB-5 regional centers raise over US$100 million in financing in China. Mr. Blayney is a graduate of the Inter-University Program for Chinese Language Studies of Stanford University (the Stanford Center). Mr. Blayney speaks, reads, and writes fluent Mandarin, Chinese. Mr. Blayney lives and works in Hong Kong and China.
