Stone & Grzegorek LLP was formed in 2005 by Lincoln Stone and Kathleen Grzegorek, two experienced immigration law practitioners who are certified as specialists in immigration law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Only a small percentage of immigration law attorneys have certified specialist standing, which is attained based on depth and breadth of immigration law experience, specialized legal education courses, rigorous examination, and professional references. We have more certified specialists in immigration law than any other law firm. In six years the law firm has grown to 15 immigration attorneys who are supported by a like number of support staff.

The law firm's expertise covers a broad range of matters, including investor, employment, and family-based immigration, as well as removal proceedings, federal court appeals, asylum and naturalization.

The law firm has a strong commitment to excellence and learning. Mr. Stone, Ms. Grzegorek, Helen Sklar, Victoria Duong, Elsie Hui Arias and Madhu Sharma are certified specialists in immigration law. Furthermore, attorneys in the law firm are sought after as speakers before lawyer and professional audiences and as authors on complex subjects in the immigration law field. We have established our law firm in a way that allows us to tackle the most challenging legal matters and to devote the skill, learning and effort required to achieve solutions for clients in complex matters.

At the same time, we enjoy the trust and confidence of many clients who have recurring needs for our legal assistance in preparing and filing petitions for immigration benefits. In this area of our practice, we stress communication and efficiency, and we constantly look for ways to enhance the level of our services.

Our attorneys are supported by a team of skilled multi-lingual staff who are passionate about client service. Our team speaks many languages, including Arabic, Armenian, Farsi, French, Gujarati, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Urdu and Vietnamese. Each client is important and unique, receiving our undivided attention and creativity. Our depth of experience, commitment to excellence, and creative approach to diverse matters set Stone & Grzegorek apart from other immigration law firms.
