Global Premier America Regional Center (GPARC) is an EB-5 Regional Center headquartered in Orange County, Calif. GPARC received USCIS designation in June of 2011 and focuses on offering EB-5 compliant capital investment opportunities in the industries of retail trade, food services, and healthcare and social assistance.

Hanna has administered over $500 million of equity investment from his nationally recognized partners, Bank of America, Aegon, and AIG/SunAmerica over the last six years. He is well-known by investors and lenders in the real estate development industry as a leading affordable housing developer in California.
