Ali Saidi has over ten years of experience in criminal and immigration law.  After completing his education at the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Michigan, Ali worked for the Public Defender's office and then a large San Francisco immigration firm.  His private practice has been in operation in Northern California since 2005.  Ali specializes in immigration litigation, including ninth circuit appellate work, OFAC and EB-5 applications.  Ali is fluent in Farsi.
