Our team members have a combined experience of over 50-years in the construction of low- and mid-rise residential, office/retail, and mixed-use developments throughout Southern California. We have successfully built over 2,000 multi-family units, many of which were "affordable" and used funding from HUD, counties or cities, and/or federal and state tax credits. We are currently involved in the design/build processon a 300,000 SF medical campus, 92,000 SF skilled nursing facility, 90-unit and 84-unit low-income housingproject, and a solar energy project in Riverside County.
