We are a private real estate firm in Miami with $1 billion of real estate assets under management. We operate in the USA and Canada with investments and people in South Florida and Québec. We seek to generate attractive risk-adjusted investments in real estate properties for our investors across cycles and over the long term by acquiring high-quality properties at a discount to replacement cost or intrinsic value. We then improve the properties through hands-on management and targeted value-add initiatives. Our real estate platform encompasses investments across the risk spectrum from core to core+. Our efforts result in solid returns for investors and strong economic assets for communities. Our real estate portfolio includes condominium properties, retail, hotel, and office. Major holdings include The Grand Retail Center, Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach, The Ocean Residences at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, The Grand DoubleTree and the Château Cartier DoubleTree.
