ISCoA emerged from the obvious need for a comprehensive, compliant software solution to address the challenges of running a Regional Center in a highly-regulated environment. Our simple goal was to provide the Regional Center Community with an uncomplicated tool to facilitate tracking and responding to multiple government agencies, foreign investors, their agents and attorneys, and the matrix of entities creating the investment project. This is simply too unique and complex to tackle with the CRM solutions on the market or with a series of spreadsheet and calendar entries. The cost of missing just one filing or losing one important document is too high and often creates a permanent black mark on the Regional Center’s record.
