Colonial Capital sell 3 year bonds which provide an interest rate of 12% per annum with the return of the original capital sum invested on redemption. All funds are fully secured against the property portfolio, producing a product which has an unusually attractive risk/reward ratio.

In 2014, we opened our first office in the US, which can be found at 55 E Monroe Street, in Chicago's financial district as well as our UK offices in Chelmsford.

We specialise in distressed properties (Section 8) in the USA. There has never been a better time to invest in the world’s largest economy than right now. Properties can be bought for a fraction of their previous value, sometimes as low as half price.

This presents the savvy investor with a once in a lifetime opportunity. As Warren Buffett said in an interview with Money Magazine April 2008, “You know, I always say you should get greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy”.

We source all of our properties direct from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and US Banks, in this way, investors can rest assured that we are buying at the lowest possible price and that there is no middleman eating into our profit.

All of our property sales will produce a minimum net yield of 12% and this is assured by the US Government Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) via a scheme known as Section 8 Housing Voucher Program.
