Cornice & Rose was founded in 1997 by James Gray after professional careers in both Greenwich, Connecticut and London, England. The company is dedicated to producing projects that are of a world class standard. The organization strategically orchestrates real estate development, including master planning, architectural, and construction management services.

The projects consist of aspects of traditional, historically proven architecture and urban planning that will endure the test of time. A primary objective of the company is to complete projects at an exceptional level of quality and financial return on investment.

The professional experience of the team of people that comprise the organization include projects completed in America, Europe, and other parts of the world. Many have been profiled in numerous publications including Architectural Digest, Chicago Home and others. These individuals, which include licensed architects and LEED AP “green certified” professionals, have a sensitive approach to the master planning, design, construction and development aspects and are able to utilize innovative management, technological and production processes.

The company prefers to be involved with projects from conception until final completion, managing the entire real estate development process. This includes the initial due diligence, the numerous design disciplines and all aspects of construction and final decoration.
