I have more than ten years of legal experience focusing on corporation, business transactions and immigration in both U.S. and China. Since 2004, I have been dedicating to the practice of U.S. immigration law and handled a wide variety of legal matters in employment-based immigration, non-immigrant worker visas as well as family-based immigration and removal defense. For the past five years, my practice has focused more on EB-5 investment immigration. I have worked for four USCIS designated regional centers as in-house legal counsel/filing attorney, advising foreign investors on U.S. immigration law and supervising EB-5 petition filing.
