Whether you’re seeking a work visa or a family visa — choosing an attorney or law firm to represent you is a difficult but very important decision.
Here’s what you can expect from us:
The Initial Consultation
We view initial consultations as a chance for prospective clients to get a sense of who we are and whether or not they would be comfortable working with us. We also see them as an opportunity to provide prospective clients with some of the answers and information they are looking for. It is also our opportunity to give prospective clients an honest assessment of their situation and our ability to help them deal with it.
If you live near us in Southern California we would be happy to meet with you in person. If you are living elsewhere in the United States or if in another country (as many of our clients are), we can do the initial consultation through an exchange of e-mails, by telephone using our toll free U.S. number, or by using Skype’s Internet phone service on the World Wide Web.
An Emphasis on Client Service
Our attorneys go through a very thorough intake process with each client who decides to hire us — something that enables us to develop the right approach to any given situation or need, and to provide immigration services in a more efficient and cost-effective way.
We are also sensitive to the fact that long-distance legal representation can leave many clients feeling uneasy. Because of that, we emphasize ongoing communication throughout the process which includes promptly returning your phone calls and e-mails and responding to concerns and questions with clear answers and information.
