Shae Armstrong is a licensed attorney by the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Court of International Trade. He has successfully passed his series 22 and 63 securities licensing exams, and he is a Texas licensed real estate salesperson. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While at Tulsa Law, Mr. Armstrong earned his Certificate in Comparative and International Law and was a member of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative& International Law.
Mr. Armstrong has frequently spoken on the subject of EB-5 capital and foreign direct investment across the United States and China. He has experience representing investors, real estate developers, EB-5 Regional Centers, and other EB-5 investment.
