Four shareholders from the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP were recognized by Human Resources Executive magazine and Lawdragon for their work in employment and immigration law.

Boudreau were named to the “The Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys – Top 100” list. Laura Foote Reiff was named as one of “The Nation’s Top 20 Employment Attorneys for Immigration” and Todd D. Wozniak was recognized for the first time by the publication as a part of the “Top 40 Up and Comers” in employment law. In 2014, Peter W. Zinober, co-chair of the firm’s Global Labor & Employment Practice, was named to the “Hall of Fame,” which is the publication’s most coveted honor.

Birenbaum, shareholder and chair of the firm’s offices in Northern California, is an experienced labor and employment attorney who focuses his practice on traditional labor and employment law matters, and has wide-ranging experience litigating in state and federal courts as well as various administrative agencies. He is also an experienced trial lawyer, having tried race harassment class actions, noncompetition trials, unfair labor practice hearings before the National Labor Relations Board, and multiple arbitrations.

Boudreau, shareholder and chair of the Labor & Employment Practice’s Class and Collective Action Group, represents management in class action and complex employment litigation and devotes the majority of his practice to managing teams of attorneys and paralegals in nationwide class and collective actions from receipt of the complaint through discovery, class certification, and trial. He also has first chair experience in restrictive covenant/trade secret litigation, having handled such matters in jurisdictions throughout the country.

Reiff, co-chair of the Business Immigration & Compliance Practice, co-chair of the Global Human Capital Solutions Group, and co-managing shareholder of the firm’s Northern Virginia office, advises corporations on a variety of compliance-related issues, particularly related to Form I-9 alien employment verification matters. She has been involved in audits and internal investigations and has successfully minimized monetary exposure as well as civil and criminal liabilities on behalf of her clients. Reiff also represents many businesses in creating, managing, and using “Regional Centers” that can create indirect jobs toward the 10 new U.S. jobs whose creation can give rise to EB-5 permanent residence for investment.

Wozniak, shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s National Labor & Employment Practice’s ERISA Litigation team, is a trial lawyer who defends companies and public institutions throughout the United States in labor and employment, ERISA, and business disputes. He is experienced in ERISA and employee benefits litigation as well as wage and hour litigation, state and federal whistleblower statutes, non-discrimination laws, plant closing and mass layoff laws, collective bargaining and traditional labor relations, executive contracts and compensation, noncompete and trade secrets litigation, and partnership/business disputes.
