Calif. Atty, Firm Accused Again Of EB-5 Scam In $2.3M Suit

EB-5 Visa, EB5 Visa, EB5 Investments

A California attorney who has been accused multiple times of exploiting the EB-5 immigrant investor visa program was hit once again with a $2.3 million suit in California federal court Wednesday by a Chinese national who alleged his investment was used for "personal pleasure" rather than the EB-5 project as promised.

Yiqiao Huang claimed he has "lost the entirety" of a $550,000 investment in an EB-5 immigrant investor visa scam concocted by attorney Victoria Chan and the Harris Law Group USA LLC, her solo practice.
