ACFI becomes the largest EB-5 Regional Center in the U.S.
Boyd Campbell of the Alabama Center for Foreign Investment has confirmed to USAdvisors that ACFI has received approval from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in its request for expansion into four neighboring States: Georgia, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee. The request was granted on October 21, 2009.
This now makes the Alabama Center for Foreign Investment the largest EB-5 Regional Center in the United States. The designation provides an opportunity for businesses in the region to attract foreign investment through the ACFI umbrella. For more information please contact Boyd Campbell or Ron Drinkard.
In addition to Alabama’s 67 counties and all 95 counties in the state of Tennessee, the Alabama Regional Center now covers 38 counties in Mississippi, 52 counties in Georgia, and 39 counties in north Florida.
