Jay Peak Resort - Hotel Jay & Conference Center

Project Description

This significant project welcomed 150 investors and consists of a 120-suite hotel complex, conference center, indoor water park, ice arena and golf clubhouse.  It has created weatherproof amenities and further expanded the Jay Peak bed base.  Adding accommodations has been a top priority of the Jay Peak EB-5 business plan.  Adding bed base is the surest way to increase profitability.

Jay Peak is one of Vermont's best known winter ski resorts.  With the addition of the indoor water park, indoor ice arena, clubhouse and conference center the 4-season business plan, so much a part of Jay Peak's strategy for growth, has truly become a reality.  The Hotel Jay Complex was completed in its entirety in February 2012.
