Project Description
Maple ALF, Inc. (“MALF”) is a Florida-based C-Corporation that has been formed for the purpose of developing and operating a senior living facility, to be named Maple Memory Care, which will provide 64 assisted living units and 50 memory care units for elderly patients suffering from Alzheimer’s and other memory related illnesses. MALF has targeted a site in Hillsborough County, FL for the facility which will have a total of 114 units with a total projected initial capital investment of $24,000,000.
Project Timeline
The timeline for developing, constructing, and preparing the facility to commence operations is currently estimated to take 24 months. This may change depending on the availability and securing of project capital. MALF is currently working to finalize the architecture and engineering firms that will develop the initial site plan and the final design of the facility.
