Project Description

Potala Village Kirkland is a mixed-use project consisting of approximately 115 market-rate apartment units, 280 secured parking stalls, and 6,000 square feet of office space. This project is planned as one of the first LEED-Certified multi-family projects on the Eastside. The site is located at the beautiful waterfront of Lake Washington, within walking distance to downtown Kirkland and the Google campus. The site is also adjacent to several waterfront parks and public transit stops, allowing easy access to several local amenities.
