Uptown Expansion Project

Project Description

Cleveland International Fund is pleased to announce another exciting EB-5 investment opportunity: the Uptown Expansion Project. This mixed-use development brings together experienced developer MRN Ltd. with government agencies and non-profi t development entities. These different organizations collaborated to bring new development to the University Circle district – a burgeoning urban area home to some of the region’s most important education, cultural, and healthcare institutions. The Uptown Expansion consists of constructing a new 10,000+m2 facility that builds on the success of MRN’s initial  Uptown development and adds much needed residential and retail space to the area.
