Prior to AISA, Ms. Johnson was the Chief Operating Officer at the Midwest Center for Foreign Investment, a USCIS approved EB-5 Regional Center. In her 16 year career in finance she has worked at prestigious firms such as Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young, Bank One, and the Bank of New York where she acquired experience in several areas including asset management, personal trust, corporate trust and international expatriate tax. Ms. Johnson graduated with a BA from Hanover College and studied international business at the London School of Economics. She is a licensed real estate agent and able to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. She currently is a member of the Speed Museum Board of Governors, Waterfront Botanical Gardens, Kentucky Association of Realtors, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, and parent board member for the Washington & Lee University Louisville Alumni Chapter. She is a past member of IIUSA Best Practices Committee.
