Colleen Butcher has comprehensive experience in all aspects of real estate. Specialize in retail development including Landlord Representation and Tenant Representation. Extensive management experience in multiple subjects, including real estate, development and redevelopment, planning, facilities, environmental compliance and environmental restoration. A superb team leader with a high-level ability to analyze complex situations and communicate clearly and effectively to all audiences.

Co-Founder of RavenTek, Inc. in 2006, Founder RavenTek Realty in 2012 as the Principal-Broker. Experience in developing Shopping Centers from inception to completion, including entitlement, construction, and leasing/sales. Currently in excess of 2.5 million SF under contract for Landlord Representation. Experienced in lease negotiation and sales transactions, negotiate terms and conditions of the purchase and sales agreement, including Development Agreements. Services include property and business evaluation and  providing Broker Opinion of Value.  Colleen has extensive experience in community relations and working with government and interest groups.

Colleen worked for the US Navy Civil Service for 21 years. Colleen was the lead negotiator for sale and lease of US Navy Bases in California and Alaska.  Properties and facilities valued in the multi-billion dollar range. She directed closure and transition to civilian use of three Navy bases with assets in the multi-billion dollars, which included Naval Air Station Adak, Alaska, Marine Corp Air Station El Toro, and Marine Corp Air Facility, Tustin. This included operations of the airports, seaport, fuel farm, electrical power plan, landfills and utilities. Managed redevelopment analyses, real estate actions, environmental cleanup and compliance. Colleen held a Unlimited Federal Contracting Officers Warrmultimillion dollar contracts including a $500 million dollar contract for environmental restoration. She managed base operations to support personnel on a remote island in the Aleutian Islands. The budget for this project was $20 million per year. Base operations included all aspects of a airport, seaport, base camp facility, utilities, and subsistence and logistics.
