Prior to forming Sansom Street Capital with Michael Young, Stephen was actively involved in the acquisition, development and financing of investment real estate in the Philadelphia region.
Formerly a commercial lender and investment banker, his skills and abilities are ideally suited to source, underwrite and close debt and equity transactions for Sansom Street’s targeted middle-market clients.
Sansom Street Capital builds on the numerous long-standing relationships with national and regional banks, life companies, federal agencies, equity funds, private capital and structured finance groups. Stephen resides in Philadelphia. He is an active member of the Union League of Philadelphia, and runs the Union League Real Estate Network.
