We now have over 300,000 members and over 20,000 active investors. I specialized in product development, drip marketing, increasing customer LTV, creating partnerships with media outlets like INC Magazine, and traffic generation.
IdeaBuyer.com (2006-Present) - I launched the first Online Marketplace for Intellectual Property to allow for the licensing and sale of patents. IdeaBuyer.com has listed over $1 billion in intellectual property since 2007 and has become a widely used tool by corporations, investors, and entrepreneurs looking to purchase or license new and patented technologies/products from universities, corporations, and inventors. In addition to the online marketplace, our team has generated over 70 licensing agreements, raised over $2MM for new products, and has generated over $10MM in initial purchase orders for new products and technologies.
RealEstateInvestor.com (2007-2011) - A social network and educational platform for real estate investors. I served as an advisor from concept to $2.5MM in annual revenues and it's sale in 2011. I advised on product development, customer acquisition, increasing customer LTV, CPC, and advised on the sale.
