Bratescu, an EB-5 attorney and Chief Editor of EB5Blog.com who specializes in establishing Regional Centers, preparing offering documents, and advising on issues related to the EB-5 Program. Having advised Regional Centers, developers, real estate funds, as well as public companies on the EB-5 Program, he is uniquely qualified to lead our fund.
Mr. Bratescu fully understands the importance and responsibilities that come with placing ones trust in the hands of a Regional Center. As an immigrant himself, he came to the United States when he was only five and learned at a young age the importance of gaining U.S. residency as well as the benefits provided by ultimately becoming a U.S. citizen.
