 Mark Sarchet is the former Director of Berger/Lewis Accountancy Corporation’s Valuation and Litigation practice, where he provided valuation services for financial, tax reporting, internal planning, and litigation purposes, primarily for high technology companies in Silicon Valley. Mark provides valuation services for financial and tax reporting, and internal planning purposes, focusing primarily on high technology industries. Mr. Sarchet spent three years at Trenwith Group (a subsidiary of BDO Seidman LLP) and six years at KPMG LLP performing valuations. He has performed valuations for Korean and Japanese companies, as well as for major multinational corporations headquartered in Silicon Valley area of Northern California. 

Mark is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers. He has performed over seventy valuations of companies and intangible assets totaling over $15 billion, including developed and in-process technologies, customer relationships, patents, trademarks and trade names, and other intellectual property for technology-driven companies.
