Thomas has worked in the Asia region for most of his legal career, helping immigrants from the region successfully apply for immigrant status in the U.S. Starting in Hong Kong, Thomas immediately began practicing EB-5 investment immigration law and gradually expanded his practice. He worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Taipei prior to joining the team at Wolfsdorf Rosenthal in Shanghai.
