A true serial entrepreneur, Mr. Corsello has founded, developed and built several successful and notable companies. Mr. Corsello has over 20 years of brand development and deal-making experience. He has advised companies in a broad spectrum of industries and is now focused on investment banking. Mr. Corsello has consulted on myriad of business functions including structured transactions, business plan development, tactical strategic initiatives, company valuations and government compliance. His expertise covers several types of transactions including EB-5 capital, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged recapitalization and joint ventures, with concentrations in start-ups and middle-market companies. Mr. Corsello is also a member and director of the firm’s Management Committee, Business Standards Committee and Risk Analysis Committee.
