Jaclyn B. Smith is a member of the Trusts, Estates and Probate practice working with clients in both the San Diego Downtown and Del Mar offices. Jaclyn works with individuals, families, trustees, executors, personal representatives, and small business owners, with her primary areas of practice including:

Jaclyn brings years of experience assisting clients regarding estate and gift tax planning, drafting revocable inter vivos trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, power of attorney, health care directives and advising fiduciaries (Trustees, Executors and Personal Representatives) with regard to trust administrations and estate administrations. She has represented clients before probate courts in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and San Diego Counties and works closely with trust and estate litigation attorneys during contentious administrations. Jaclyn is also a certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates from the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Prior to joining Procopio, Jaclyn was with the law firm of Hopkins & Carley, ALC in Palo Alto, California.
