Lilliam (Lilly) obtained her J.D. from St. Thomas University in 2002. She has been active in the legal community for over 15 years both as a paralegal and a translator, thus allowing her to develop an extensive knowledge of U.S. law, particularly in the field of immigration. Lilly thrives on designing business plans targeted at achieving the immigration goals of e-Council Inc.’s clients.
