Attorney Fabricia Resende Livingston is a native of Brazil where she started her law practice in 1998. After moving to the U.S., Fabricia earned her LL.M degree in Comparative Law and International Law from the University of Florida in 2002. She is a Member of the NY Bar Association, Minas Gerais Bar Association and AILA. Prior to joining e-Council Inc, Mrs. Livingston worked several years in well-known law firms in Immigration, Foreclosure Defense, Real Estate Litigation, Bankruptcy, Structured Settlement and Worker’s Compensation. Like Lauren, as an immigrant herself, Fabricia can personally relate to the frustrations common to the immigration process and the intricacies involved therein. She is committed to providing superior legal services in a timely manner to solve complex immigration issues for businesses and individuals.
