George Cunha - With more than 23 years of experience in several areas of law, especially in Private International Law, he has established himself in the market through actions focused on the solution of international disputes, conflicts of jurisdiction, international contracts, Advice on foreign investments.
Graduated in Law from the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR, with specialization in the same institution of teaching in International Law.
He worked for several years in the area of Civil and Corporate Law, which provided extensive experience in these two segments of law.
He has been specializing in Private International Law for more than 8 years, focusing his activities in solving international problems and litigation, especially those related to American Immigration, conducting procedures for foreign residence visas with the US Government (EB-5 program), Advice on obtaining dual citizenship in several countries, international adoption processes, homologation of foreign judgment, legal status of foreigners in Brazil, international succession, among other activities in the area.
