Ms. Weaver received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1988 and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She oversees all administrative and financial functions of the Regional Center. Ms. Weaver is also the President of Fifth Management & Consulting, Inc., where she oversees the management and financing of extensive rental real estate holdings. Ms. Weaver also serves as Vice President of Fifth Properties, Inc., a real estate development and investment company.
