Chicago is not only Mirlinda’s home it's her passion. Her contacts and network run deep into the very fabric of downtown Chicago's communities. Since 13 years of age, she has worked at her family's business in Historic Dearborn Station while growing up on Printer's Row. She has literally lived the development of Chicago's newly built South Loop neighborhood straight from selling the vacant land lots to negotiating new construction high-rise developments transacting well over 600 residential condominium sales and retail commercial leases in her 14 years of real estate experience. Her deep knowledge of the history of Chicago, its people and its properties brings benefit for any client considering the city.
As a Chicago downtown native, she built strong ties and relationships within most of Chicago's communities including the West Loop, River North, Gold Coast, North side, and the Southside. Her experience includes working on some of Chicago’s most renowned high-rise new construction developments as well as commercial property sales, retail leasing and more.
