Ken Wright practices business law with an emphasis on securities, transactions and funds. He has assisted clients around the globe, including Asia (where he has travelled more than 40 times), Latin America, and Europe. Ken regularly advises and serves on Boards of Directors and board committees in connection with corporate governance matters, fiduciary duty issues, and transactional matters. 

Ken works on a variety of business and commercial matters at all stages of development, including entity structuring, traditional and non-traditional financing arrangements, shareholder, executive employment, and other business arrangements. He is also highly involved in a variety of community and bar activities and is a frequent speaker.

Experience

Has assisted an 11,000 acre mixed use development (controlled by Starwood Capital), with finance, corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters for more than 15 years. Has assisted a diversified real estate developer, syndicator, and creator of successful real estate investment trusts with securities and transactional matters for more than 20 years. This has included acting as lead counsel to 16 public entities in a multibillion-dollar roll-up transaction, the sale of controlling interests in trophy hospitality properties, and multiple securities offerings. Assists The Florida Opportunity Fund (advised by GCM Grosvenor and Arsenal Venture Partners) as an Independent Director.
